The problem with .mov Quicktime file conversion.

Posted on Wednesday 8 March 2006

Had a minor problem today with a .mov file which needed converting to an avi for editing. It seems that any pauses that are present in the .mov file are ignored during the conversion process. After trial and error and about 12 programs I finally found one that was able to edit the file.

Still not sure exactly why it happened, just glad it now works. Never thought a mov to avi conversion could be so much haslle, which is why I will just stick to programming and seo / ppc work for now.
